If you are looking for a universal remote, do not buy this one unless you want to pay additional dollars for an infrared receiver and also in store upgrade. I would have rather spend the money on another app...

Bought both Roomie for iOS 5 and new version and having compatibility issues. Have the recommended iTach IR device also, and now found out i need a subscription!! Not recommending this App... Costing model is very agressive and requires additional hidden fees for everything to work together...

Its well built! Its full of features! Its fantastic! Replaces my Philips TSU9400 and RFX for a fraction of the price. And I have my iPhone and 2 iPads with the setup always in sync and ready to control my home theater system and Mac. Works great!!! Very easy to setup!!!

Switched from my Logitech remote and have never looked back.... This remote just works!

Its a rip off that all , i cant beleive I paid 10$ for an empty app that I need to pay montly for synch my album and htpc wow!! Apple need to stop that please refund me Give you a favor dont wast your money on this liar app

Ive been using Roomie since they started. I can say they keep on surprising me with their upgrades and support.

It nice remote control but want make paid fee I noticed they take away the Dropbox backup now forced paid. They are dirty business development

You already have to buy the app and now they show you ads in it with the latest update. SHAME!

TV Guide is always missing a lot of channel listings; sometimes reloading from Dropbox brings the full listings back, albeit HD and SD channels mixed up! and sometimes its necessary to check-off every single missing channel all over again in the setting for same. Always feel like support is really being put out when help is requested.

I was using roomie on my ipad2 but i am unable to download the latest update. Whenever i tap on download icon, it shows the download status but immediately turns back to update icon. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Simplecontrol no longer adjusts the volume on my Pioneer receiver. That SUCKS!

Bought the in app purchases in the previous app and nothing converted over. Dont waste your money.

I was able to setup the contact closure units very quickly. I was impressed how fast all devices were picked up. Also the device compatibility chart is helpful. It would be nice if you email settings instead of Dropbox.

The app is just a mess since version 4.5. It cant fully recover from the dropbox backup.

They put the price up every year. Its out of control. Started at 16.99 for simple service now its 27.99 a year. Do not buy unless you like paying more and more money every year!!

Can only run a few devices then asks for a monthly fee. Wouldnt have been so bad if it was a one time fee. A monthly fee to use a remote control. Not a chance.

-***** Thats a negative 5 stars They advertise (and show) SiriusXm compatible but $50+ later I still have an icon that uses up memory on my phone and iPad. Crap customer support. Any recommendations they make I have to figure out myself. After countless hours trying to make this work, Id been better off burning a crisp $100 bill and saved all my time. WORST customer support and app documentation Ive experienced. Save your money and more importantly......your time.
