Frustrating and confusing

This app does a lot, and Im completely dependent on it, but its basically a cluster-f. I cant make heads or tails of their product offerings or what each does or what Ive purchased or havent purchased or how to setup an of the integrations with smartthings and echo.

This app is basically what ADHD looks like in a programmer.
