Simple service doesnt work
I purchased the app and the Simple service. They both worked fine until the first update. Then it asked me to log in again. When I tried, my login didnt work. I contacted tech support. They told me to use my Apple ID. (I know it or else I wouldnt be able to write this review.) It didnt work. I sent them a copy of my Apple receipt and asked for a password reset. They again told me to use my Apple ID. Im at an impasse with my simple service not working and a useless $19 subscription.
The app may work fine but its useless if you lose everything with an update and cant recover your account because they dont have a reliable membership database.
