Great App due to Great service

This app and the associated hardware is quite the challenge to setup. However; with the outstanding technical assistance, one can get this up and running.
The hardest aspect is with the command lines and getting the needed parameters to setup custom activities. This is where their service excels! Jon from Simple Control was fast, friendly and precise with the guidance I needed.
So bottom line, this app and hardware are excellent and I am amazed at the number of compatible devices you can control.
Ordered the hub and look forward to having Alexa control my A/V equipment!
