Developer has sold me features and then made them subscription only - and is hostile when contacted

Title says it all. This app used to let me use its widget as I unlocked that functionality. Now, thats part of a subscription based service, and it doesnt work.

Developer meets constructive criticism with a ban stick, and is generally rude and difficult to deal with. (Found out while politely asking about why some echo integration is better than others.

Quite shocked as normally these people want you to continue to buy their products, and Ive never been spoke to like that without provocation. Buyer beware
